Ayden Healthcare of Toledo is currently seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to fill Full-Time and Part-Time roles. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time STNAs. Shifts include 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, and 10PM-6AM, with daily pay options available.

Responsibilities include providing basic patient care under nursing staff supervision, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring nutritional needs per care plans. Ohio STNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Candidate will provide basic patient care under nursing staff supervision.
• Daily living assistance and comfort measures.
• Record vital signs and document patient information as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Meet nutritional needs per individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
• Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient plans and status.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses.
• Document observations of patient behavior and symptoms for nursing staff.

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional

STNA responsibilities include:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,

• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,

• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,

• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,

• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,

• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,

• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:
