Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) for Weekend Warrior Day Shift. These 12-hour shifts offer consistent scheduling and the opportunity to support residents with essential daily activities.

As an STNA you will assist with feeding, bathing, mobility, and linen changes, document vital signs, and report observations to nurses. Competitive benefits and daily pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing staff.
• Feed, bathe, dress, groom, move patients, and change linens.
• Record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
• Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition and care plans.
• Observe patients for symptoms requiring medical attention.

Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is currently seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) Weekend Warrior Day Shift.

12 Hour Shifts

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional STNA responsibilities include:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,
• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,
• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,
• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification
