Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) for full-time, part-time and PRN roles on day and night shifts. The position offers competitive hourly wages and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality resident care in a supportive team.

As an STNA, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with nurses to follow care plans. Ohio STNA certification is required; daily pay options and strong benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to perform daily living activities and assist with care plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision.

Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is currently seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA). Full and Part Time Day Shift 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and Night Shift 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional STNA responsibilities include:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,
• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,
• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,
• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification
