Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Waterville is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) for Weekend Warrior Day and Night Shifts at our Waterville, Ohio facility. The role supports residents with daily living activities in a compassionate care environment.

Full-time staff enjoy benefits, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and daily pay options. Shifts are 12 hours: 6:30 AM–6:30 PM and 6:30 PM–6:30 AM, with weekend coverage. Experience working with seniors is preferred; training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Proven ability to support patients with daily living activities.
• Ability to document observations and vital signs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and linen changes.

$5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time

12 Hour Shift from:

6:30 AM - 6:30 PM/ 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional STNA responsibilities include:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,


• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,


• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,


• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,


• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,


• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,


• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification
