Zusammenfassung

Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide direct client care under the supervision of registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians.

The role includes measuring vitals, serving as a liaison for medication-related calls, and aiding telemedicine visits. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma with a NC Certified Nursing Certificate and at least 1 year of related experience or training.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required with Certified Nursing Certificate (NC).
• One year related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Measure and record height, weight, BP, BMI and other vital statistics as directed by nurse/physician.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and medical staff for med line calls and non-emergency inquiries.
• Relay information accurately to medical staff; identify and relay potential emergency/crisis calls immediately.
• Assist doctor in telemedicine activities, scheduling, and preparing paperwork as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
