Job summary

Paycom is seeking a dedicated CNA for full-time night shift in New Bern, NC. The role requires compassionate patient care in a long-term care setting and reliable transportation. You will join a non-smoking campus that uses e-Verify and provides equal employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered CNA Certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Long Term Care environment preferred.
• Direct experience with PointClickCare EMR is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Coordinate with staff and management to prioritize tasks.
• Adhere to campus policies, including e-Verify and drug screening; work on a nights shift.
