Job summary

Century Care Management in New Bern, NC is seeking part-time team members to join our long-term care team. We value compassion, flexibility, and the ability to motivate staff while managing multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have long-term care experience and be dedicated to improving resident lives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Preferred – Minimum one year experience in long term care environment
  • Ability to work well with diverse population (residents, families and staff)
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively in designing group and individualized resident activities programs
  • Ability to assist with and sometimes plan, organize, prioritize and implement programming
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, self-direction and flexibility and ability to problem solve meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Publisher

Responsibilities

HOURS: 10:30-4:30 M-F & EVERY OTHER SATURDAY
