Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals and other ADLs.
• Help residents with transfers, repositioning, ambulation and mobility equipment.
• Promote safety and fall prevention while maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being to the nursing team.
• Provide support to residents to stay active and participate in recreational activities.
• Document accurately and respond to call lights promptly.
