Leavitt Family Jewish Home in MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN positions. The role pays $41.00–$48.00 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, document assessments in the EHR, and collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to deliver individualized plans while maintaining high standards of infection control and safety.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered MA RN licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in medication administration, vital signs, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written

Responsibilities

• Partner with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and update individualized care plans that support each resident's unique needs and goals.
• Help create a safe and supportive environment by following infection prevention practices, safety standards, and facility policies while serving as a trusted resource for residents and fellow team members.
