Job summary

Leavitt Family Jewish Home in Massachusetts seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming and daily living activities.

Shifts include 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive $18.50–$21.00/hour wages based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and supportive colleagues.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing with MA state registry.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and ADLs.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition; document accurately.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility; promote safety and fall prevention.
• Encourage participation in activities to support independence and quality of life.
• Respond to call lights promptly and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications for Success:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the MA state registry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
