Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a nursing team.
• Understanding of basic infection prevention and resident-safety practices.
• Commitment to protecting resident rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
