Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs in Excelsior Springs, MO is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The role includes direct patient care, medication assistance, and vital sign monitoring on a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and weekends.

New leadership aims to enhance quality of care, and a shift differential of up to $4/hour is available for eligible nursing positions. If you are dedicated to resident well-being, apply to join our team.

Competenze

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a nursing team.
• Understanding of basic infection prevention and resident-safety practices.
• Commitment to protecting resident rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support patients with varying levels of cognitive and physical impairment, including those with dementia, Alzheimer's, and other neurological disorders.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Participate in Continuing Education opportunities to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
