Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment is required.
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program is required.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or healthcare preferred but not required.

• Dependable with a strong commitment to resident care and safety.
• Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs.
• Assist with medication management and administration under supervision of licensed staff.
• Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns.
• Participate in infection control and safety measures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and organization policies.
