Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Pleasant Hill, Missouri team in full-time roles across day, evening, and night shifts with rotating weekends. You will provide high-quality resident care, support daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and assist with medication management in a warm, resident-focused environment.

We offer competitive wages, shift differentials up to $4/hour, advanced pay for hourly staff, PTO/holiday

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA with current certification.
• Experience in resident care preferred.
• Able to work various shifts including days/evenings/nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including personal care, vital signs, and mobility assistance
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents with medication management and administration
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Encourage and support resident independence and autonomy

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work full-time in our Pleasant Hill, Missouri community. As a CNA on our team, you will provide high-quality resident care, maintaining a safe and healthy environment that promotes independence and dignity. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting our residents' daily living needs, including personal care, mobility assistance, and medication management.
