Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shifts to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans while staying current on best practices.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Missouri
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship
