Job summary

Heritage Woods of Watseka is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide individualized resident care and support with daily living activities. You will report health changes to the clinical team and engage with residents and their families to foster a respectful, dignified environment.

You will participate in ongoing education and adhere to confidentiality requirements while delivering high-quality care that aligns with each resident’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver care with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families to create a compassionate experience.
• Participate in staff education and learning opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
