Heritage Woods of Watseka in Watseka, IL is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care per resident care plans and assist with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.

You will report health changes to the clinical team and engage with residents and families in a compassionate, respectful manner, while adhering to confidentiality rules and participating in ongoing training.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to provide care with compassion and dignity.

Responsabilidades

Job Details: Job Location: Heritage Woods of Watseka - Watseka, IL 60970, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
