Reflections Retirement Community’s Heritage Woods of Watseka in Watseka, IL is seeking a Part Time CNA for the 2nd shift. You will deliver individualized care according to each resident’s plan and assist with ADLs, promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.

Job Details: Job Location: Heritage Woods of Watseka - Watseka, IL 60970, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
