Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in McHenry, IL is seeking a Part Time CNA to provide individualized resident care in alignment with care plans. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and maintain dignity while communicating health status changes to the clinical team.

The role includes ongoing learning opportunities, privacy compliance, and collaboration with residents, families, and the care team. Benefits and flexible scheduling are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
