Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join Heritage Woods of McHenry in McHenry, IL. You will deliver care aligned with each resident's plan and support daily living activities.

This role emphasizes compassionate communication, confidentiality, and teamwork on a third-shift schedule. Wage is $18.50–$19.00 hourly with competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident's care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members with compassion and impact.
• Participate in ongoing learning and training opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
