Reflections Retirement Community in Dwight, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA to provide compassionate, resident‑centered care at Heritage Woods of Dwight. You will follow care plans, assist with ADLs, and help residents maintain independence and dignity.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and current CNA certification, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role offers growth opportunities, team support, and ongoing learning within a respectful, patient‑focused

Job Location: Heritage Woods of Dwight - Dwight, IL 60420, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $18.50 - $18.50 Hourly, Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
