Azalea Homecare, Inc. in Gainesville, GA is hiring a CNA for Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a transition to full-time 8-hour shifts.

This caregiver-first agency offers nurse-led mentorship, paid specialty certifications, and caregiver-first scheduling that puts you in control. You will assist clients with daily activities, monitor health, provide medication cues, prepare meals, and document care in our EMR system.

Qualifications

• CNA license in good standing (state-specific).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification, employer-paid if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers.
• Promote mobility: ROM exercises, walking, therapy routines as directed.
• Monitor health: check vital signs, intake/output, report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind and document as ordered.
• Support daily life: meals, light housekeeping, errands, companionship.
• Ensure safety: follow infection-control and fall-prevention protocols; document in EMR.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily life: prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
• Advocate for safety: follow all infection-control and fall-prevention protocols, keep accurate EMR notes via our easy-to-use app.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma/GED and active CNA license (state-specific)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—employer-paid)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
• Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy
