Job summary

Valle Verde - a HumanGood community in Carpinteria, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver resident care from basic needs to daily living activities. This full-time day shift runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a weekend differential of $3 per hour.

You will build independence and participation for residents, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a loving team.

Qualifications

• CA Certified Nursing Assistant license required.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid CA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary care across ADLs and recreational activities.
• Support residents' independence and participation.
• Maintain a safe living environment.

Job description

HumanGood actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents in maximizing their independence and participation. Provides exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities. Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedule: Full-Time, Days 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday Pay: $22.50-$29/hr depending on experience Base pay: $22.50-$29/hr Shift Differential/Additional Hourly Pay: $3 for Weekends Shifts;

To be successful in the role, you would have: CA Certified Nursing Assistant License (Required) Prior CNA or caregiving experience Valid CA Driver’s License (Required)
