Job summary

Front Porch in Pasadena is seeking a CNA & Caregiver for full-time, hourly work around 36+ hours per week. Start times are typically 7am–3pm Monday-Tuesday, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off.

Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, DSD and/or DON, you will provide routine patient/resident care in line with established policies and nursing standards. The role emphasizes concise communication and timely reporting to the care team.

Qualifications

• Essential: Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Essential: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and short communications.
• Essential: Ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient/resident care under the direction of the Charge Nurse, DSD, or DON in accordance with policies and nursing standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate and report changes to the care team.
• Follow safety, privacy, and infection control procedures while delivering high-quality care.
