Job summary

Front Porch Towers - Care Center in San Francisco is seeking a qualified Certified Nurse Assistant to join our PM shift team. Under the direction of the DON, you will provide routine resident care in accordance with policies and nursing standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and collaborating with the care team to ensure resident comfort and safety. A high school diploma or GED and active CNA credential are required.

Qualifications

• CNA knowledge and basic care techniques.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and memos.
• Good communication with residents, families, and team members.

Full Time, PM Shift: 3:00 - 7:30 PM, 4-5 days a week

Summary

Under the direction of the DON, the CNA is responsible for performing routine patient/resident care according to policies and procedures and within acceptable nursing standards.

Education with Equivalent Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or Some High School Education

Nonessential

Experience with Equivalent Qualifications

• 0 Year with knowledge of State and Federal regulations
• 0 Year long term care, geriatric and/or rehabilitative nurse
