Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility while following care plans and policies.

In this role, you will observe residents, record vital signs, report changes to the Charge Nurse, and help maintain a safe environment. A CNA license is required, with high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing.
• Observe and report vital signs and changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Document care activities in resident care plans and alerts.
• Respond to resident calls and ensure safety to prevent accidents.
