Job summary

REGENCY IHS CLINICAL CONSULTING LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. The role supports care plans, assists with daily activities, and promptly reports changes to the Charge Nurse.

The CNA must hold a valid license and a High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with experience in long-term care considered an asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold valid CNA license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care such as bathing, feeding, and dressing.
• Observe and document intake of food and overall condition.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Carry out duties per resident care plans and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Identify safety risks and report accidents or injuries promptly.
