Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to deliver routine daily nursing care in a long-term care setting, following resident assessments and care plans to support comfort and safety.

You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility, and monitoring intake, while measuring vital signs and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse. A valid CNA license is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but may be required.
• Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake, hair/nail care, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions to care plans and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
