Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists with medications as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintains residents' records daily in a timely manner.
• Observes residents for changes and reports to supervisor.
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the medication supply room.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
