Job summary

The Good Samaritan Society - GSS ND Larimore Center in Larimore, ND is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under a charge nurse. The CMA II license is required at the time of hire, with starting wages around $22+ per hour depending on experience.

This PRN on-call role offers 12-hour shifts and flexible scheduling to build your own work plan.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 18 preferred. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Documents outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary.
• Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational.
• Supports wellness and recreational programs and encourages resident participation.
