Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living and medication administration in a continuing care retirement community.

Located in Overland Park, Kansas, this full-time role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Erickson Senior Living’s expanding network of communities. Sign-on bonuses are available for eligible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Administer medications to residents according to care plans.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
