Americare Senior Living’s Highland Crest Memory Care in Kirksville, MO seeks a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents in our assisted living memory care community. You will administer medications under supervision and help with daily living activities, ensuring safety and quality care.

This role offers morning/evening shifts in a warm, home-like environment with strong team support, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within Americare’s caring culture.

Formación

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required or in Missouri state program.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy when administering medications.
• Ability to work with memory care residents and collaborate with nursing staff.

Responsabilidades

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity before medication administration and document dosage/time.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care and meals.
• Document care provided and changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with charge staff about changes in condition or new orders.
• Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Greet visitors, assist with tours, and support team as needed.
