Job summary

Americare Senior Living in Troy, MO is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for our Memory Care community. This part-time role supports residents with medication administration and daily living activities in a safe, home-like setting, under supervision of licensed nursing staff.

You will help promote comfort and dignity, document care, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team. Evening shifts are available; pay ranges from $16 to $16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of a CMA program that meets state requirements.
• Ability to work in a Memory Care setting with residents who have memory loss.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity and document dosage, time, and observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report concerns.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and notes.
• Support with admission, discharge, and transfers as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and welcome visitors during tours.
