Job summary

Stellbrook Management, LLC seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Level ONE Medication Aide (LIMA) to join our Missouri team. You will administer prescribed medications, document results, and monitor for adverse effects under the supervision of a Staff Nurse and the Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completed Missouri-approved medication administration training.
• Certification as Medication Aide (CMA) or Level ONE Medication Aide (LIMA).
• Employer is a drug-free agency and applicants may need to demonstrate drug-free status.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Document administration, effectiveness and adverse actions or side effects.
• Observe and report resident symptoms related to medications.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and room.
• Provide shift reports and documentation in resident records.
• Adhere to infection control practices and state/federal regulations.
