Priority Management is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Medication Aide for the Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. The role is Day shift, with a double weekend requirement and direct patient care responsibilities in a compassionate, resident-centered setting.

You will verify medications, monitor residents, take vital signs, document accurately, and respond to care needs as part of a supportive care team.

Formación

• Must have a current, valid Texas CNA certification in good standing.
• Must have current Texas Medication Aide certification in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name, dosage and time of administration on specified forms or records.
• Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application or administers medication using specified procedures.
• Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
• Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates and food and fluid intake and output as directed.
• Answers signal lights, bells or intercom system to determine resident needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
