Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX is hiring a CNA to join our compassionate care team. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and promoting independence and dignity on shift, including double weekend coverage.

Must hold a current Texas CNA certification and remain in good standing on the Texas Nursing Assistant Registry. English literacy is required for following written and oral instructions and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current CNA Certification in the State of Texas.
• Must be in good standing on the Nursing Assistant Registry in the State of Texas and the Nurse Aide Misconduct Registry
• Ability to understand, remember, and carry out oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to complete assignments while having constant interruptions.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
