Paradigm Healthcare in Texas is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our skilled nursing facility. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure safety and dignity in care.

Candidates should hold active CMA and CNA certifications in Texas, with 2 years LTC experience preferred and CMA experience preferred. Proficiency with Point Click Care and MS Office is expected; strong organizational and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Must possess an active CMA certification in the state.
• Must possess an active CNA certification in the state.
• 2 years’ long-term care experience preferred.
• Six months CMA experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.
• Computer literacy (Outlook, Office) required.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications under nurse supervision.
• Document medication administration and care tasks per policies.
• Maintain infection control practices and organized medication cart.
• Assist with resident care per plan of care, uphold dignity.
• Coordinate with licensed nurse and team for continuity of care.
• Support facility surveys and comply with regulations as needed.
