Paradigm Healthcare in El Campo, TX is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide to join our skilled nursing team. Under supervision of a licensed nurse, you will administer medications and assist with resident care per care plans, while maintaining dignity and privacy.

The role requires current TX CMA and CNA certifications, with 2 years LTC experience preferred and a familiarity with PointClickCare and office software.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active TX Medication Aide certification.
• Must possess a current, active TX CNA certification.
• 2 years of Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Six (6) months CMA experience preferred.
• Strong awareness of HIPAA and infection control practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed nurse with medication administration and resident care tasks.
• Prepare and administer medications per physician orders and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of med passes and care activities.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity in daily routines.
