Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies identity and records medication details.
• Presents medication and observes ingestion.
• Monitors residents for reactions and records vital signs.
• Records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and intake/outtake.
• Answers signal lights, bells or intercom system to determine resident needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
