Paradigm at the Prairies in El Campo, TX is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our skilled nursing team. Under the direction of a nurse, you will administer medications and provide compassionate resident care.

The role requires active CMA certification in Texas, CNA certification, and LT care experience preferred. We offer health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active CMA certification in Texas.
• Must possess a current, active CNA certification in Texas.
• Two years in Long-Term Care preferred; six months CMA experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of infection control and resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Under nurse direction, administer medications as prescribed.
• Document medication administration and shifts; note delays if any.
• Perform resident care tasks and assist with daily living activities.
• Keep the medication cart clean, organized, and secured.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
