Erickson Senior Living at Riderwood Village in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a part-time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for our Memory Care neighborhood. You will support residents with daily living activities, deliver compassionate, person-centered care, and administer medications with a focus on dignity and well-being.

• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

Location:

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in our Memory Care neighborhood and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. In this role, you will support residents with their daily living activities while providing compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have both certifications CMA (Certified Medication Aide) and CNA I (GNA).

We are currently hiring for part-time positions in our Memory Care neighborhood , with openings on:

• Day Shift
• Evening Shift
• Night Shift

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Shift differential is applicable for evening and night shift

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (all shifts)

Please note: Candidates sourced by third-party agencies or internal candidates are not eligible for this sign-on bonus.

Shift Differentials:

$2.00 hourly for evening shift (3pm - 11:30pm)

$2.00 hourly for night shift (11pm - 7:30am)

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for the State of Maryland
• Current CNAI (GNA) certification for the State of Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience in memory care preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
