Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, Maryland, is hiring for various positions to support residents in daily living. This role involves providing person-centered care while assisting with daily activities, medication administration, and implementing personal care plans.

Qualified candidates will have certifications and experience in medication assistance. Competitive hourly compensation of $22.00 - $26.00 and a $1,000 sign-on bonus available for all shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Work with the clinical team to address residents' needs timely.
• Administer medication to residents.

Location: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring individuals to support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents’ needs.

Positions

• Part Time: Day, Evening and Night shifts
• Full Time Float: Day, Evening and Night Shifts

Compensation

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Shift differential is applicable for evening and night shift

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (all shifts)

Please note: Candidates sourced by third-party agencies or internal candidates are not eligible for this sign-on bonus.

$2.00 hourly for evening shift (3pm - 11:30pm)

$2.00 hourly for night shift (11pm - 7:30am)

• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

Qualifications

• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) for the State of Maryland
• Current GNA for the State of Maryland
• 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
