Job summary

Northwest Asthma & Allergy Center is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support clinical operations at our Seattle location. You will assist with patient check-in, vitals, and rooming, while using EMR/HER systems to enter data and manage care pathways.

The role emphasizes patient education, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced allergy/asthma practice with 8:00 am–5:00 pm hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CMA license.
• Experience with EMR/HER systems (Athena, Epic, GE) preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and multitasking in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical operations to maintain patient flow.
• Record vital signs, medications, allergies; enter data into EMR.
• Educate patients and document care plans and instructions.
