Position: Credentialed Medical Assistant II, Obstetrics/Gynecology
Location: Winston Salem, NC, 1200 N Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with in-office procedures (e.g., IUD, colposcopy, biopsy, US-guided procedures)
• Manage processes such as telehealth, scheduling, medication ordering, referrals, and more
• Perform disease and age-specific screenings and assessments
• Handle in-basket messages and high-level disinfection
• Phlebotomy, wound care, urinary device management, respiratory functions, immunizations, EKGs, vision and hearing screenings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s preferred
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, CCMA, NCMA, RMA, NCMSMA, NRCMA, NRMA) from recognized organizations
