Responsibilities include scheduling, referrals coordination, and maintaining clinical supplies with a focus on courteous, high-quality service to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or completion of externship program required.
• Certification as CMA (AAMA) or NCMA preferred; licensure and BCLS CPR required.

Aufgaben

• Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms for visits and procedures.
• Handle patient intake, triage, and documentation.
• Assist with charting, scheduling, and referrals.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Educate patients on medications and post-visit care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
