Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical procedures including vital signs, wound care, injections, phlebotomy, vaccines, EKGs, and splinting.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms and restock supplies.
• Manage patient intake, test results, triage calls, and document medical information.
• Support pre-registration, scheduling, referrals, and verify insurance eligibility.
• Maintain organized workload and deliver prompt service to providers and patients.
