Physicians Regional Healthcare System is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide patient care under a medical provider's supervision. The CMA will support clinical and administrative tasks, assist with procedures, maintain exam rooms, and ensure efficient clinic operations while delivering excellent service.

The role requires CMA-AAMA or NCMA-NCTT certification and BCLS CPR, with 0-1 years of experience in a medical setting or externship.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or externship completion required.
• CMA-AAMA or NCMA-NCTT certification required at hire or licensure eligible.
• BCLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist providers with clinical procedures such as vital signs, wound care, injections, phlebotomy, vaccines.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms for patient visits and procedures.
• Manage patient intake, triage calls, and document medical information.
• Maintain daily logs, schedules, and referrals as directed by providers.
