Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program with one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Certification required: AMT, AAMA, NHA, MedCA as CCMA, CMA, NAHP, or NCCT.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association or Red Cross) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under RN supervision in a decentralized, patient-centered model.
• Perform multi-skilled administrative and clinical duties to support the clinic.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in daily operations.
