An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential support to physicians and ensure smooth patient encounters by managing calls, entering data, and adapting to daily changes. As a medical assistant at Amery Hospital and Clinic, you will assist the physician/provider with all activities related to patient/provider encounters. This includes tasks before, during, and after clinic visits, such as handling inbound/outbound health-line calls, entering encounters and voicemails, and supporting the clinic team in various capacities as needed. Flexibility and the willingness to adapt to changing daily responsibilities with little notice are essential in this role.
Work Schedule:
36 hrs weekly / 0.9 FTE
Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, four days per week. No holidays.
