Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM MST (Part Time, 25 hours/week). Remote work with potential for in-office rotation. Bilingual Spanish speaking highly preferred.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming calls from patients, supporting our mission, goals, and values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answer calls with a professional, friendly attitude, following prepared scripts.
- Register new patients and gather necessary information for the XPM system.
- Verify insurance coverage and details.
- Schedule patient appointments and identify future visits.
- Accurately document interactions in systems like XPM, CRM, EHR.
- Record questions/messages for clinicians, labeling them per protocol.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Collect pertinent information for physician follow-up and referrals.
- Provide product and service information and respond to inquiries.
- Research information and communicate with offices as needed.
- Handle complaints and support issues, providing solutions.
- Meet performance standards and attend training/meetings.
- Perform additional duties such as outbound calls, copying, faxing, etc.
Additional Clinical Functions
- Provide medical guidance via telephone using protocols and clinical judgment.
- Document medical advice given.
- Schedule appointments based on clinical prioritization.
- Answer calls from clinical staff for triage and high acuity patient questions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum one year in a call center environment preferred.
- Knowledge of XPM and CRM systems desired.
- Familiarity with automated call distribution, IVR, skill-based routing.
- Previous customer service experience required.
Licensure / Certification
- Clinical agents require licensure: MA diploma/certificate, LPN, or RN.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of XPM/EHR systems and contact recording preferred.
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, PowerPoint.
Working Conditions

- High call volume environment requiring multitasking, clear communication, and long periods of data entry.
